Proper training is the keystone of dealer and customer satisfaction.

KTI offers initial training to all our dealers, including the service, parts and sales departments. In-house training is available at our facility in Grande Prairie, as well as on-site dealer training. After the initial dealer training, further training is available to those who require it in Grande Prairie at the dealer's expense.

End users are provided with up to three day's training for operators and service staff. We offer operational training for a maximum of two operators during this time so that they recieve sufficient in-cab training. We suggest two days of initial start-up training, as well as a one day follow-up training session within 3-4 weeks. Any other training can be provided at an agreed daily rate plus expenses.
